The cozy apartment can accommodate two guests. In the two spacious rooms with a separate kitchen, you’ll find everything you need for a wonderful vacation by the sea. The kitchen is equipped with dishes and household items for your daily needs. You can also use the washer and dryer. The apartment has cable TV.

You can store your bicycles indoors and out of the rain.

Our tip: Spend some relaxing hours on the sunny southwest-facing balcony with a magnificent view of the well-maintained garden. It’s especially beautiful here in the evening!

Haus Kim is divided into two vacation apartments on the upper floor.

Each apartment comes with a parking space. Wi-Fi is free of charge
AVC cannot guarantee that there will be no technical issues or that the internet connection will have sufficient bandwidth.

You can park your bicycles in the courtyard under the carport.

A washing machine and dryer are provided. Both can be used for a small fee.
