The beautiful three-room apartment is located on the third and fourth floors and is accessible by elevator.
On the third floor, you’ll find the living area with an open kitchen and a bedroom with a double bed. From the living area, you have access to the beautiful southeast-facing balcony with a side view of the sea.

A staircase leads to the second bedroom, which is furnished with two single beds and includes a TV.

The kitchen is very well equipped—nothing stands in the way of even extended cooking evenings.

You can park your car in the underground garage.
Please note that this is a double parking space with the following dimensions: L: 4.90 meters / H: 1.48 meters / W: 1.90 meters.
Alternatively, an outdoor parking space on Nordseestraße (about a five-minute walk away) can be reserved for you.
