The 75 m² apartment accommodates up to 6 guests with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and an additional guest WC. Spread over 2 floors, it features a living room and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. You benefit from high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, TV, fan, washing machine, and dryer. For families, there is 1 baby cot, 1 high chair, as well as toys and books for children. Enjoy the mountain view and convenient self-check-in.



Outside, 2 private balconies invite you to relax. A shared playground with slide, sandbox, swings, and trampoline ensures fun for children.



A free parking space is available on site, along with a shared EV charging station. Up to 2 pets are allowed and must be kept on a leash unless the host agrees otherwise. Events are not permitted. The accommodation is on a working farm with dogs, cats, cows, and calves.



The location is ideal for local excursions—Austria is just a few kilometers away. Gaißach has 2 train stations with connections to Munich. The area is perfect for exploring and hiking, with Brauneck great for hiking and skiing. Bad Tölz, Walchensee, and Tegernsee are worthwhile destinations nearby.
