Welcome to Nashville! We're Tyler & Eliana, and we're so excited to host you.

This house is awesome - we put a lot of sweat (and a few tears) into making it a place that's comfortable, sparks joy, and has everything you need for a great visit. You'll find 6 queen beds across 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, so there's plenty of room for the group to spread out. Funky murals throughout make for perfect photo backdrops, a big round dining table is ideal for group meals, and our sick game room comes with its own karaoke stage, claw machine, and skee-ball.

We're centrally located in The Nations, one of Nashville's most walkable neighborhoods - it's why we've lived here for 3 years and counting. Grab your morning coffee at 51st Deli or Frothy Monkey, sample local beers at Southern Grist or Fat Bottom Brewing, catch live music at the iconic Nation's Bar, or treat yourself to Jeni's Ice Cream (calories don't count on vacation, right?). We're also just steps from Maggie's Place for happy hour and Chex for the best wings in town. And it's only 7 minutes to Broadway!

Fully stocked kitchen. Dining room. Living room with an 85" TV. Half bathroom.

— Third Floor —
Primary bedroom with two queen beds and en-suite bath. Two additional bedrooms, each with one queen bed. One more full bathroom in the hallway. Washer and dryer.

— Things to Know —
The home is bright and colorful with murals throughout. There are multiple hangout spaces which make group trips easier. It's a multi-level home with stairs between floors.

— Parking & Entry —
Free street parking is available nearby and generally easy to find, especially along Michigan Ave. Entry is keyless with a door code.

— Starter Supplies —
We provide toilet paper, paper towels, coffee and tea, and basic cleaning supplies to get you started. If you're staying longer you may want extra, but just let us know if anything runs low - we're nearby and happy to help.
