Vacation apartment in a quiet and sunny location

The vacation rental in the “I Molini” residence is in a quiet, sunny location with a partial view of Lake Garda and is just under 1 km from the center of the picturesque town of Garda. The residence features a large communal pool (open from late May through mid- to late September) with an adjacent sunbathing area. Directly adjacent to the residential complex is a small, quiet park with a few olive trees and a lawn. Your spacious, comfortably furnished, and heated apartment with air conditioning (kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, electric stove, TV, cozy couch, furnished terrace with a sun awning, washing machine also available upon request, clothes rack, etc.) is located on the first and top floor and features a larger bedroom with a double bed as well as a smaller bedroom with bunk beds. The bathroom, equipped with a shower, toilet, and bidet, opens onto a small balcony. The “<br>” apartment has a total area of approximately 80 m². The center of Garda is within easy walking distance from here via a tree-lined street that leads directly to the road running along the lake. About 150 m away is a stop for the free shuttle service, which takes you to several locations in Garda at no cost during the tourist season (April through October). The residence is an excellent place for a vacation in a relaxing atmosphere and the ideal starting point for many hikes.
