…unwind, relax, and enjoy the peace and quiet! Our vacation property “MeinHavelurlaub,” featuring the vacation homes “Havelidyll” and “Havelzauber,” covers approximately 4,000 square meters and is nestled between the Oder-Havel Canal and the Berlin-Copenhagen international bike path.
The “HAVELZAUBER” vacation home, situated on a separate lot, is in a quiet location and has direct access to the water. A private path takes you to the water’s edge in about 30 meters. Let your gaze wander over the canal and the Havel River into the nature reserve; there’s a private swimming platform available. A paradise for anglers. But sports enthusiasts will also find their hearts racing while biking, skating, jogging, kayaking, and stand-up paddling. After a “strenuous” day of vacation, wind down the evening watching the sunset over the water.
The vacation home, featuring a covered entryway, has a floor area of approximately 65 square meters on a plot of approximately 800 square meters.

On the first floor, you’ll find a large kitchen with a dining area, a small, space-saving 1.80-square-meter bathroom, and another room with a cozy couch and a TV nook. A staircase leads up to the spacious sleeping area for three people, featuring a beautiful panoramic window. Waking up to a view of the water… wonderful! Or relaxing and reading by the window while enjoying the view of the water.
The vacation home was newly renovated in 2023 and is now being rented out for the first time.

Shopping at the nearby supermarket is just a 5-minute drive away.
