Holiday Apartment "En El Cabo Roig" with Shared Pool, Private Balcony & Wi-Fi

Located in Orihuela, the holiday apartment in Playamarina2 offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. The 55 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 4 people. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, a fan, air conditioning, a washing machine, and a dryer.



The apartment features a private balcony, and guests have access to a shared pool. More than 20 bars and restaurants, as well as a supermarket, are within a 5-minute walk from the property. The local beach can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot, and there are 5 golf courses within a 20-minute drive.



A parking space is available on the property, and an additional parking space is available in a garage. Pets are not allowed. The property offers step-free access, and an elevator is available in the building. Beach and pool towels are provided.
