Located on the first floor of a charming stone-and-stucco building, you`ll enjoy a private entrance through a peaceful courtyard and spacious west-facing porch with beautiful mountain views.

Just steps from the Arkansas River, you`ll be within easy walking distance of the South Main whitewater park, kayak play hole, riverside trails, restaurants, coffee shops, and local events. Like many homes in Buena Vista and other Colorado mountain towns, this home does not have air conditioning. However, temperatures in the mountains cool significantly in the evenings. Simply open a few windows and turn on fans to quickly cool the space and enjoy the fresh mountain air.

This home is not pet-friendly. Medical service animals are of course welcome, please let us know if you require that companion during your stay.
- Quiet Hours: 10pm - 7am
- No smoking/drugs (including marijuana) on the premises. This includes the porch.
-NO AFTER PARTIES/GATHERINGS (we are right across from the Surf Chateau where many weddings occur), there will be absolutely no gatherings after these weddings in the apartment or on the porch.
