Just a few hundred meters from the beach promenade and the gorgeous, fine-sand beach, this quietly situated apartment is located in one of Binz’s most exclusive neighborhoods. Here, you can go for a walk, cool off in the ocean, or simply relax and unwind.

The spa gardens with the Haus des Gastes, the Binz pier, and the town center with its wide variety of shopping options and restaurants are just a few minutes’ walk away.

The rental agreement is concluded exclusively between the guest and the owner of the rented apartment.

Our cozy 3-room apartment accommodates 4 people.
In addition to the living area with an open-concept kitchen and the bedroom with a double bed and TV, there is another bedroom with a sofa bed for 2 people.


The open kitchen, integrated into the living/dining area, leaves nothing to be desired and creates a cozy atmosphere. The living area features a comfortable sofa corner with a TV as well as a dining area. In addition to an oven, dishwasher, and freezer space, glasses, silverware, and small appliances are, of course, also provided.

The first bedroom features a double bed, a closet, and a TV. You can access the balcony from the bedroom.

The second bedroom is furnished with a sleeper sofa for two people and a closet.

The apartment features a large shower room with a window.

Located just a few hundred meters from the gorgeous, fine-sand beach, this apartment enjoys a quiet setting and is therefore situated in one of the most exclusive areas of Binz. Here, you can go for walks at your leisure, cool off in the sea, or simply relax and unwind.

A worthwhile first destination is the pier, which is just a few minutes’ walk away. The town center and the nearest shopping options are also nearby. The seaside resort of Binz, the largest on Rügen, is located on the eastern side of the vacation island, directly on Prorer Wiek Bay.
