About this accommodation
At this property, we welcome you to a historic guesthouse in Meitzendorf near Magdeburg.

The apartment occupies an entire floor of the house and features two bedrooms, a living room with a bed and a sleeper sofa, a kitchen, and a bathroom. A hallway—which is also used by other guests—connects the living and sleeping areas.

If you love the charm of half-timbered houses but don’t want to forgo modern amenities, we look forward to welcoming you.
The Accommodation
The living space offered here captivates with its historic charm without neglecting the need for modern amenities.

As soon as you enter the property through the classic courtyard of this inn, built in 1804, you can feel the historical significance of this special place. For over two centuries, guests have been welcomed at this house, located at a classic crossroads, and this tradition continues to this day.

The property features a total of 6 units, each comfortably accommodating 2 to 8 guests. With a maximum of 22 guests, however, you’ll never run the risk of encountering mass tourism here.

The apartment offered here is the inn’s showpiece and includes a large, fully equipped kitchen as well as the former fireplace room and parlor, which are directly adjacent to it. Many an evening has been spent in this room with its over 5-meter-high ceiling, many a drink raised, and many a heroic deed recounted. Today, in addition to the large TV, you’ll find a comfortable leather couch that converts into a bed and an extra bed. The dining table is also located here, continuing to serve as the focal point for shared moments in this apartment.

From the central living area, you can access the bedroom and bathroom via the common hallway, which is shared with other guests of the inn. The bedrooms sleep 2 or 3 people and, like the bathroom, can each be locked separately. The spacious bathroom features a large walk-in shower, as well as an urinal and a toilet.
Guest Access
All rooms in this apartment are accessed via a hallway shared with other guests and can each be locked separately. Only the hallway is shared; the rooms themselves are not. A separate door leads to the living room and kitchen, as well as to each of the bedrooms and the bathroom.

We have nothing to hide, so you’re welcome to use every room in this apartment and open any cabinet. Basically, everything in the apartment is at your disposal as needed. This applies to both the furnishings and to drinks, snacks, toiletries, and similar items. We hope we’ve thought of everything.

What this accommodation offers you
Picturesque view
Courtyard view
Bathroom
Cleaning supplies
Shampoo
Soap or shower gel
Hot water
Shower gel
Bedroom and linens
Washing machine
Basic amenities
Towels, bed linens, soap, and toilet paper
Clothes hangers
Bed linens
Cotton bed linens
Blackout curtains
Clothes drying rack
Clothing storage
Entertainment
55-inch HDTV with Amazon Prime Video, Disney+, Netflix, Roku
Sound system
Heating and air conditioning
Central heating
Home security
Smoke detectors
Fire extinguishers
First-aidKit
Internet and Office
Wi-Fi
Workspace
In a shared room
Kitchen and Dining Room
Kitchen
Place where guests can prepare their own meals
Refrigerator
Microwave
Basic cooking supplies
Pots and pans, oil, salt, and pepper
Dishes and silverware
Bowls, chopsticks, plates, cups, etc.
Mini-refrigerator
Freezer
Dishwasher
Stainless-steel gas stove
Electric kettle
Coffee maker: Drip coffee set
Wine glasses
Toaster
Baking sheet
Bar
