With two lovingly furnished rooms, comfort and coziness await you here: a quiet bedroom with two single beds, ideal for restful nights, and a light-filled living room with an open kitchen where you can enjoy time together.

The hallway welcomes you with a spacious closet that offers plenty of room for all your belongings, so you can settle in without a care in the world.

The living room is a place of relaxation: the large picture window lets the sun stream in and offers a view of the green surroundings. On the balcony, you can wind down at the end of the day with a glass of wine, listen to the birds, and enjoy the peace and quiet to the fullest. Even on cooler days, an infrared heater provides cozy warmth.

A comfortable dining set for four is available for shared meals or cozy evenings. The kitchen is fully equipped—here you can cook to your heart’s content, whether it’s a romantic dinner for two or a social evening with friends.

The bathroom is spacious and modern: a walk-in shower with a shower curtain offers refreshing comfort, while the large mirror completes the space.

And so you don’t have to worry about a thing: a private parking space right next to the house makes arriving and departing a breeze.
A shared bike shed is available to you on the right side of the house.

Wi-Fi is a complimentary amenity and is neither part of the offer nor a guaranteed feature of the vacation rental. Due to temporary technical issues, there may be rare instances when Wi-Fi or internet access is unavailable. Please take this into account when making your reservation. This does not constitute a defect.

High-quality premium linens packages must be booked separately. You will need one linens package per person.
Each premium linens package contains: 1x high-quality premium bedding set, consisting of one pillowcase, one duvet cover, and one fitted sheet per bed; 1x large bath towel; 1x small hand towel; and, in addition, per vacation rental (regardless of the number of linen packages booked) 1x shower mat (per bathroom), and 2x dish towels.

The municipal guest fee (visitor’s tax) is a public levy and is not included in the offer. The guest tax is assessed and calculated separately based on various factors that are not known to us at the time of booking. The amount of the guest tax is determined by the respective price schedule of the responsible municipality, as well as factors such as the season, length of stay, number and age of all travelers, and, if applicable, any severe disabilities and accompanying persons. After you make your booking, we will ask you for this information and can only then calculate the guest tax due.

We are happy to offer additional services such as linen packages, “Check-in from 1:00 p.m. instead of 4:00 p.m.” or “Check-out by 12:00 p.m. instead of 10:00 a.m.,” and many other services as optional extras:
