Cherry Mountain Chalet is a newly renovated mountain home with luxury finishes throughout, situated right on Route 2 in the heart of the White Mountains. Space for up to 8 guests.

The open living room area centers around a cozy electric fireplace and a Roku TV with full home theater surround sound, ideal for movie nights after a long day on the trails. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook a home-cooked meal, and the stocked coffee bar makes mornings easy. The sunroom is ideal for a quiet morning coffee and separate space for TV. A washing machine and dryer are on-site.

The home has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The primary bedroom has a king bed and private half bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom is perfect for kids or extra guests with a double bed and twin bunk bed setup. The home is bright and well-lit throughout, with plenty of mirrors and space to get ready, ideal if you're in town for a wedding or special occasion.

Step outside to the large wraparound deck, stone fire pit, BBQ grill, and outdoor dining designed for evenings outside.

At Cherry Mountain Chalet, you'll be just 3 minutes to Waumbek Golf Course, 5 minutes to Santa's Village, and surrounded by world-class hiking, biking, ATV, and snowmobile trails. Mount Washington is a short scenic drive away.

The Mt. Starr King and Mt. Waumbek trailhead is 3 minutes away, and the Appalachia trailhead for Mt. Adams, Mt. Madison, and the northern Presidentials is 10 minutes away. Franconia Ridge and Mt. Willard are within easy reach as well.

With some of the best fall foliage views in the state, Jefferson sits in right in the heart of leaf peeping season. Route 2 itself is one of the most scenic fall drives in New Hampshire.

Skiers have their pick: Bretton Woods, Cannon Mountain, and Wildcat are all within reach.

Everything else is covered too: high-speed WiFi, board games, puzzles, and ample private parking. In-window air conditioning units are available from early June through early September.

Note on the home's proximity to the road:
Our home sits directly on Presidential Highway (Route 2), a scenic mountain road with moderate traffic - particularly during the daytime. All bedrooms are equipped with sound machines for those who appreciate additional white noise while sleeping.

Exterior security cameras:
Our home is equipped with exterior security cameras (not actively monitored) located around the perimeter of the home and garage, particularly around entrances & parking areas to ensure the security of the property and safety of all guests.
