Of course, the apartment also includes a bathroom with a shower. The shower is equipped with a grab bar. The apartment has electric exterior blinds. The living room and bedroom were modernized and furnished with new furniture in early 2023. <br><br>The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe. <br>The new kitchen features a ceramic cooktop, an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, and a coffee maker.<br>The apartment also has an intercom system and satellite TV.<br><br>Important Information<br>The elevator does not go to the underground parking garage or to the 3rd floor, where the apartment is located.
