The vacation rental "Europäischer Hof, Apartment 7" is located in the "Europäischer Hof" building, which offers a direct view of the sea. It is situated on Kaiserstrasse and is only 50 meters from the beach. Apartment 7 is on the first floor. Thanks to its location, the apartment combines proximity to the beach and the island’s center.

The apartment has two sleeping areas. The small bedroom features a double bed (1.50 m x 2.00 m). For families with one child or guests who prefer to sleep separately, a double fold-down bed is available in the living room. It is equipped with two mattresses. The apartment’s bathroom is equipped with a shower, a toilet, and a sink. The small kitchen is functionally furnished and includes a stove, a refrigerator, a kettle, and a coffee maker. The apartment also has a furnished balcony.

Residents of the building have shared access to a washing machine and a clothes dryer, which can be used by inserting coins. A highlight of the Europäischer Hof is a seawater pool. The pool is closed annually in November for maintenance work. There is also a sauna, which can be used by inserting coins. It is important to note that the seawater pool and the sauna have been reopened for use in compliance with current hygiene regulations. However, changes may occur on short notice. Dogs are not permitted in this vacation rental.
