The vacation rental "Friedrichstr. 28, Fewo 4" is located, as the name suggests, on Friedrichstraße. The apartment is situated in the pedestrian zone and is accessible to people with disabilities thanks to an elevator. The building was constructed in the winter of 2012/13. The apartment is particularly well-suited for families with up to two children. Groups are also welcome.

The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) and one with a double bed (1.40 m x 2.00 m). The pull-out couch in the living area, which is 1.10 m wide, provides an additional sleeping space for one person. The kitchen is modern and newly furnished. The bathroom has underfloor heating, complemented by a towel warmer. The apartment has a south-facing balcony (approx. 6 square meters). It is furnished with a table (80 x 80 cm), seating (4 chairs), and a sun lounger. Barbecuing on the balcony is permitted. There is no grill in the apartment.

A washing machine and a dryer are available in the building’s shared basement. Use of these facilities requires payment via a coin-operated machine. Bicycles can be stored in the shed behind the house. However, the shed is accessible only via 8 steps (down). Dogs are also allowed in this apartment. Maximum of 1 dog (height: no taller than knee-high). The dog park is located near the ferry terminal (no leash required).
