This spacious 2-bedroom apartment is designed for a comfortable short or extended stay. Both bedrooms have private ensuite bathrooms, while an additional guest half bathroom is available near the living area. The home also includes a bright living room, a six-seater dining area, a fully equipped open kitchen, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a large private balcony with open Maritime City and partial water views.

Guests will have private access to the entire apartment and balcony. Building amenities include a large swimming pool, children’s pool, fully equipped gym, indoor children’s playroom, multipurpose room, landscaped leisure areas, allocated parking, and 24-hour building security.

- All primary guests are required to sign a rental agreement and inventory checklist prior to check-in. Additionally, a refundable security deposit must be paid after booking and before check-in. The deposit amount is determined based on the duration of the stay, as follows:

2- 7 nights - 1500 AED
7 - 28 - 2000 AED
Over 28 nights - 2500 AED

The security deposit will be refunded within 7 business days after check-out, pending a satisfactory inspection of the unit. For transparency, photos of the rental agreement (front and back) are included in the listing for your reference.

- As per the latest building guidelines, for registration purposes we require copies of passports for all guests, along with a digital photograph (JPG, white background, 1080×1090) for each guest before arrival. Thank you for your cooperation.

- We provide a starter pack of toiletries to make your arrival more comfortable. Please note that items like cooking condiments, cleaning products, and extra toiletries are not stocked in the apartment. We recommend planning accordingly for these essentials during your stay.

- Please be aware that Dubai is constantly evolving, which may involve ongoing construction or renovations within the community or even within our building. This could potentially cause disruptions during your stay.

- Please let us know in advance if you require a check-in outside of our standard hours. We will do our best to accommodate your request, depending on availability. Additional fees may apply.

- If you wish to request a late checkout, please note that this is subject to availability and additional fees. Please contact your agent at least 24 hours in advance to discuss.

- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. A fine of 2000 AED will be charged for smoking indoors. Smoking is permitted only on balconies, if available.

- A replacement fee of 500 AED will be charged for the loss of an access or parking card.
