Summary:

The Polynesian Resort Condominiums is a shared complex of 69 condos. Prior to 2026, the location operated as the Polynesian Resort Hotel, but it transitioned to being individually rented vacation condos as of April 1st, 2026. Even though all condos are in the Polynesian Rentals program, they are each a unique property with a different owner and listing.



The Space:

Taking inspiration from a popular Nirvana song, we've named this beach haven "Something in the Wave". This one-bedroom on the second floor sleeps up to six guests, with two queen beds in the bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. There is plenty of space for families or small groups of friends.



The full kitchen comes equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and dining table, making it easy to settle in for meals or slow mornings. A fireplace adds a cozy touch, while free Wi-Fi, a TV with DVD player, and a coffeemaker cover the essentials.



This unit is pet-friendly, so you're welcome to bring your best furrends along too. A standard pet fee applies, with a maximum of two pets allowed.



This unit is a solid home base for exploring Ocean Shores. The beach is within easy walking and driving distance, as well as several local restaurants, including Our Place Restaurant, with some of the best breakfast in town. Guests also have access to resort amenities including an indoor pool and hot tub, a game room with arcade games and a rentable pool table, an outdoor park and playground with a swing set, horse shoe pits, tetherball pole, and a picnic area with BBQs. Free parking included.

Interaction with Guests:

We leave you free to enjoy your stay! It is self check-in and checkout. However, the front desk is staffed by our team from 10 AM to 7 PM daily and we employe some on-site maintenance and housekeeping during the day – please don't hesitate to reach out if you need anything. For urgent concerns after 7 PM, we employ an after hours phone service. They are trained to help with common questions and can contact staff if in-person assistance is needed. We do our best to make sure you have the freedom to enjoy the space on your own, but we have support available if you need it.
