Big Fish Lake isn’t just a place to me - it’s part of who I am.
My family’s roots here go back to 1946, when my grandfather built one of the first cottages on the lake - the Carroll Cottage. That cottage is still here today, and I now share ownership of it with my cousins.
I spent my summers on this same lake with my family...Days were filled with boating, tubing, water skiing, swimming, fishing, turtle and frog hunting, and walking the trails. Nights were something special - cookouts, family dinners, late-night bonfires with pudgie pies and s’mores.
And honestly... it was the best...This is where my family connected - with each other and with nature.
When I had the opportunity to purchase my own piece of Big Fish Lake, I didn’t hesitate.
Over the past few years, I’ve poured my time, energy, sweat, and resources into turning this place into something special - not just a lake cottage, but a home built around creating memories.
