Our Linzgau vacation rental is located on the first floor of the house and offers approximately 30 m² of space for 2 people. It features a bathroom with a shower (ventilation provided), 1 bedroom with two box-spring beds, and an open-concept living room/kitchen. From the living area, you can step out onto your terrace, which is equipped with a table, chairs, a parasol, and a small clothes rack.

The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a ceramic cooktop, an exhaust hood, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, and a filter coffee maker. There is an adequate supply of dishes, glasses, bowls, and pots.
Upon arrival, the apartment will be freshly cleaned and disinfected for you. You will receive one laundry package per person, which includes bed linens as well as hand and bath towels. We also provide dish soap, cleaning rags, and two dish towels.Final cleaning is included in the price for stays of 7 nights or more. For shorter stays, we charge a flat fee of 30.00 EUR for this service.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower/toilet, ventilation, a makeup mirror, a hair dryer, and toilet paper.

For stays longer than seven nights, we provide a towel change.
Check-in and check-out are only possible on Wednesdays and Saturdays.



Our two newly renovated vacation apartments are located just 4 kilometers inland from Meersburg in the Baitenhausen district.



Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and check-out from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
