The house has central gas heating. The first gas bottle is provided; additional bottles are available for an extra fee. Charging electric cars or campervans is not allowed. Parties are not permitted. Please inform the host in advance if you wish to bring pets. Pets are allowed on request and are subject to an extra fee. The water is not recommended for direct consumption. The house is located in a rural area, so typical countryside smells and noises may occur. There are many steps and spiral staircases, making it unsuitable for guests with reduced mobility. The pool is open all year round.



A maintenance company has access to the garden for pool care, so please keep the gate closed and supervise your pet during these times to prevent them from leaving the property.
