Granny Squirrel - Wifi | View | Game Room | Wood Stove | Gathering Area | View
There are some places where you naturally slow down. Granny Squirrel Overlook is one of them.
Perched high above the valley with sweeping views of Cacapon Mountain, this mountain retreat is made for quiet mornings on the porch, afternoons around the firepit, and evenings spent watching the sky change colors. It`s the kind of place where coffee seems to taste better, conversations last longer, and everyone somehow ends up outside admiring the view.
Whether you`re planning a family getaway, a weekend with friends, or simply looking for room to breathe, you`ll find plenty of space to spread out while still feeling connected.
Plenty of room to gather... and plenty of room to sneak away
The main floor was designed for spending time together without feeling crowded.
The open living room, kitchen, and dining area make meals and conversations easy, while the enclosed porch has become a favorite spot for reading, puzzles, hobbies, or simply escaping with a good book. It has a bit of an old-school mountain cabin feel—in the best possible way.
The bedroom overlooking the mountains is especially memorable. Four XL twin beds sit beside some of the best views in the house, making it perfect for kids, cousins, or a group of friends who don`t mind waking up to sunrise over the ridges.
Downstairs offers another cozy retreat with a den, smart TV, full bathroom, and a wood-burning stove that makes chilly evenings feel even more inviting.
