The studio holiday apartment in Rogoznica offers a compact retreat for 2 people just 30 m from the sea. The studio is located on the ground floor and features a covered terrace of 5 m², equipped with a table, chairs and a clothes horse.



The combined living, sleeping and dining area is modern furnished and includes a double bed (140 x 200 cm), a baby bed upon request, wardrobe, bedside tables, mirror, SAT-TV, air conditioning and heating. The kitchenette is fully equipped with refrigerator, freezer compartment, electric stove (2 plates), microwave, filter coffee machine, kettle, cooking utensils, dishes and cutlery.



The bathroom has a shower, toilet, washbasin and window. Bed linen and towels are included. Pets are welcome (max. 1 animal for an additional charge). Parking spaces are available directly at the property.



Guests have access to a barbecue and an outdoor shower in the courtyard for shared use.
