Die Möwe1 is our largest floating vacation home, featuring two stories and an open floor plan. It is located at the Kopfliegeplatz (see map) on the small pier called Die Möwen.

It combines the charm of a houseboat with the latest technical features and the refinements of modern design. With its exclusive amenities, it meets the highest standards for a spacious vacation home and offers plenty of room for an unforgettable family vacation for up to 6 people across two floors. The living and sleeping areas between the first floor and upper level are separated only by an open staircase (without a door).



The 116 m² of usable space, equipped with modern heating and air conditioning systems as well as a pellet fireplace, is always comfortable on both cold and hot days. It’s even nicer, however, to enjoy the sun, water, and a gentle breeze on the approximately 45 m² deck. “Die Möwe1” features a high-quality, tiled bathroom with a toilet, sink, and large bathtub; a double bed and a sleeper sofa on the upper floor; as well as a separate bathroom with a toilet, sink, and walk-in shower, plus a double bed on the first floor. The high-end, professionally equipped kitchen and the exclusive multimedia setup—featuring several large Ultra-HD displays and a top-of-the-line sound system—leave nothing to be desired. High-speed internet with Wi-Fi access is, of course, available without restrictions. 
Towels, bed linens, dishwasher tablets, and other cleaning supplies are provided, as well as an outdoor grill.

An external sauna raft at the dock can be booked for a fee, subject to availability.
The public parking lot is freely accessible. You may drive near the dock for loading and unloading.
