Welcome to your perfect North Topsail Beach oceanfront vacation rental, just steps from the sand with direct beach access and sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean. This coastal getaway is designed for relaxation, comfort, and unforgettable beach days, ideal for families, couples, or a peaceful seaside escape.

Wake up each morning to the sound of the waves and enjoy coffee with panoramic ocean views. Spend your days swimming, sunbathing, shell hunting, or simply unwinding on the beach just outside your door. In the evenings, relax with ocean breezes and stunning sunsets from your private balconies and decks.

As you enter the home, you're immediately welcomed by breathtaking ocean views. The main living level features an open-concept layout with a comfortable living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining space perfect for sharing meals after a day on the beach.

Also on the main level is a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a full bathroom. This bedroom includes access to a private front balcony.

Step out from the living room onto the oceanfront deck where you’ll enjoy unobstructed coastal views and direct access to the beach walkway leading straight to the sand. The beach walkway is shared with the neighboring townhome, offering convenient access while still maintaining a peaceful, low-traffic beach experience. The oceanfront deck itself is private and includes a latchable gate for added security and peace of mind.

Upstairs, the primary suite serves as a private coastal retreat. Featuring a queen-size bed and expansive ocean views, this bedroom opens to its own private balcony where you can watch the sunrise or fall asleep to the sound of the waves. The upper level also includes a second full bathroom with a separate shower and soaking tub. Please note: the jacuzzi function is not operational for guest use.

For added convenience, a washer and dryer are available in the garage area, making longer stays and beach days even easier to manage.

Pets are welcome! Guests may bring their furry family members for a non-refundable pet fee of $200 per pet. Please ensure all pets are approved prior to arrival and follow the property's pet guidelines during your stay. (Cats are not allowed)

MPM provides a welcome kit with starter items for guests. These items are intended to help you settle in comfortably upon arrival. While the specific contents may vary by property, the welcome kit typically includes essential start-up supplies such as toiletries and other basic necessities for added convenience.

The linen package includes bed-making services prior to your arrival, utilizing provided flat and fitted sheets as well as pillowcases. The package also includes towels and washcloths based on the property’s maximum occupancy, bath mats for each full bathroom, and kitchen cloths for your use.
