Relax after an eventful day in the Lusatian Lake District or while passing through...
We offer you a small, cozy, and affordable place to stay with a bedroom/living area (approx. 6.5 square meters). With two single beds (80 x 200 cm, convertible into a double bed), you can spend the night in comfort—even on a spontaneous one-night stay while passing through.
Two chairs and a garden table are available on the small, partially covered south-facing terrace for you to wind down at the end of the day. Here you can enjoy an unobstructed view of the Lusatian landscape with its forests, meadows, and fields.
Showers and restrooms are available in the shared bathroom area.
In the small shared guest kitchen, you can prepare food you’ve brought with you in a microwave. If needed, you can use the available washing machine.
Of course, free Wi-Fi is available. You may also use the parking spaces and a bike room with lockable bike racks, charging stations for e-bikes, and a small DIY repair corner free of charge.
Towels and bed linens (linens package) can be added to your reservation for a small fee.
The Tiny House was newly built in 2023.
Pets are not allowed in the “YANNIC” Tiny House.



Enjoy cycling, swimming, and day trips to Dresden, Berlin, or the unique Spreewald as you experience your own personalized and relaxing vacation in the Lusatian Lake District.
The swimming beach at Sedlitzer Lake is approximately 250 m from your accommodation. Camping and parking spaces are available upon request.
Here, you’ll spend your vacation on a four-sided farmstead with historic architecture and enjoy unobstructed views of the Lusatian countryside, featuring forests, meadows, and fields.

Smoking is not permitted in any of the units.
You can relax wonderfully on the south-facing terraces, some of which are covered and equipped with beautiful patio furniture and a grill (not in the Tiny Houses). Sun loungers are available for you in the respective garden areas.

You can also book the YANNIC and FLORIS Tiny Houses on short notice and for just one night. Showers and restrooms for these accommodations are located in the shared
restroom area (approx. 20 m away), and you can prepare your own food in the small shared kitchen (microwave only).

Pets are welcome in the “LEA” bungalow, the “FLORIS” Tiny House, and the “TIMO” vacation apartment and can be added to your reservation.
Molly, a young, very friendly mixed-breed dog (who roams freely), lives on the property and is very well socialized.
If you have any concerns about dogs, Molly can be kept away from the guest area.
We strongly request that you contact us in advance and make the low-cost reservation, especially if you’re bringing dogs.

Cash and card payments are accepted on-site. 

We’re happy to offer a transfer service to the Sedlitz Ost train station upon request (for a fee).



Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM, and check-out is from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
