We welcome you to our apartment in Allagen, located about 6 km from the beautiful Möhnesee and right next to the Arnsberg Forest. It measures approximately 64 square meters, has its own entrance, and is located in our single-family home. Free parking is available on the property in the public area. Stocking up on groceries is quite easy, thanks to various supermarkets, several bakeries, and a drugstore (about 3 km away). The nearest public bus stop is just a 3-minute walk away.

Our apartment near Lake Möhnesee invites you to relax and feel at home with its cozy atmosphere and modern amenities. It features a living-dining area with a comfortable pull-out sofa, as well as a smart TV, Wi-Fi, DVD player, books, and board games. The kitchen is well-equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, egg cooker, and a coffee maker. A Senseo coffee maker can be provided upon request. The bedroom features a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), a wardrobe, and a flat-screen TV.
The spacious bathroom includes a shower, sink, toilet, and hair dryer. For cooler days, in addition to heaters, a wood-burning stove is available in the hallway. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. Outside, there is a lockable bike garage, as well as a covered seating area that invites you to relax, where an ashtray is also available.
Lake Möhnesee, also known as the “Westphalian Sea,” was voted the most popular swimming lake in 2022 and offers a wide range of sporting activities. Cyclists will also find plenty to enjoy thanks to the well-developed network of trails. The adjacent Arnsberg Forest offers numerous biking and hiking trails. The county seat of Soest, about 15 km away, invites visitors to stroll through its old town with its historic half-timbered houses and numerous excellent restaurants. In November, the Allerheiligenkirmes—Europe’s largest old-town fair—takes place here. Bad Sassendorf, with its beautiful spa park and saltwater spa, is particularly popular among older guests. The pilgrimage town of Werl is also about 20 km away. Numerous other reservoirs, as well as Winterberg and Willingen, are easily accessible by car.
