Vacation Apartment 1.5 (71 square meters) is located on the first floor and is a bright 3-room apartment with a balcony facing southwest. It features a separate small kitchen, and the dining area is integrated into the living area. The bathroom features a walk-in shower and a toilet.
The balcony is directly accessible from the living area. There are 2 bedrooms. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a TV, and the second with a single bed and a TV.
One pet is allowed upon request.
We have a storage room available for your bicycles. Additionally, a washer and dryer are available in the basement (laundry room) for a fee.
All of our vacation apartments are non-smoking.

One pet is allowed in the apartment under supervision. The pet must not be left alone or unsupervised in the apartment.

The prices for our vacation apartments always apply to stays of 7 nights or more; for stays of fewer than 7 nights, a short-stay surcharge applies.


Facility:

The modern Seehafen building is centrally located, right on the fishing harbor.The vacation apartments on the second floor and above offer a view of Harbor Basin II. The building features free Wi-Fi and an elevator. Two of the vacation apartments allow one pet upon request. All apartments include a parking space; a washer and dryer are available in the basement, and there is also a storage room for items such as bicycles at the rear of the building. Some apartments feature a beach chair on the terrace or balcony. There is a small playground right next to the building, and a large adventure playground is just a few minutes’ walk away. An extra bed is available in some apartments upon request for a fee.
