Welcome to the Parkview Loft — a bright, open-concept loft apartment above an oversized garage in College Place, steps from the park and minutes from over 100 Walla Walla Valley wineries. With soaring vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace, and three queen sleeping areas, this is a home base that works just as well for a family weekend as it does for a wine country getaway.

LOFT SLEEPING AREA – Queen Bed – Upper Level

Accessed via a spiral staircase, the open loft sleeping area sits above the main living space. A queen bed sleeps 2 in a cozy, tucked-away setting with a unique birds-eye view of the living area below. Best suited for adults or older teens comfortable with a spiral staircase. Not recommended for small children due to safety concerns.



MAIN LIVING AREA

The heart of the Loft is a wide-open great room with vaulted ceilings and large windows that flood the space with natural light. Comfortable couches, a gas fireplace, and a smart TV make it easy for the whole group to gather without feeling cramped.



KITCHEN

The spacious kitchen features new appliances and cabinetry and is fully stocked with dishes, cookware, and utensils. Whether you’re making a quick breakfast before heading to the tasting rooms or cooking a full group dinner, everything you need is here.



OUTDOOR SPACE

Step out onto the balcony seating area for morning coffee with views over the neighborhood and the park below. A peaceful spot to start or end the day.

HOUSE RULES & POLICIES



NO SMOKING: No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property, indoors or out.

NO PETS: No pets permitted please

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT: Check-in at 4:00 PM. Check-out by 10:00 AM.

QUIET HOURS: 10:00 PM per College Place city ordinance.

REGISTERED GUESTS: Maximum 6 guests. Only registered guests permitted.

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS: No parties or events of any kind without permission.

PARKING: Free street parking on Larch Street in front of the main entrance.

DAMAGE REPORTING: Please report any accidental damage as soon as possible.



CANCELLATION POLICY: We follow the cancellation policy in place at the time of booking, as shown in your confirmation. If there is any chance you may need to cancel, we recommend purchasing travel insurance at checkout.

The Parkview Loft sits in a quiet College Place neighborhood directly beside Walla Walla — one of the Pacific Northwest’s most celebrated wine regions. A park is right across the street, Walla Walla University is 0.8 miles away, and Walmart is approximately 3 minutes away for any supplies you need. The Parkview House, a separate 3-bedroom short-term rental, is located next door and may have its own guests during your stay. Renting both properties together accommodates up to 12 guests — message us before booking if you need the extra space.
