The provincial capital of Pula, home to the famous Roman amphitheater, is just 10 km away. The nearest beach is just 600 meters away.<br>The two-story house offers two 100-square-meter vacation apartments. Each apartment features a private terrace or outdoor area with a beautiful view of the 650-square-meter garden, which offers plenty of space for playing and relaxing. It’s also worth noting that both apartments are equipped with dishwashers and washing machines. The ground-floor apartment features 3 bedrooms, each with direct access to the terrace. The upper-floor apartment features 3 separate bedrooms—2 with direct access to the terrace and 1 with access to a balcony. The outdoor area, with its shady spots, invites you to relax. An outdoor grill—a feature rarely missing in Croatia—is, of course, also available and can be used by guests at any time by mutual agreement. The private parking lot, which accommodates 6 cars, is located right next to the house and is shaded from the sun. With the nearby town center and its excellent tourist infrastructure, you’ll hardly miss a thing. There’s also a small playground for younger children at the famous “Bijeca” sandy beach, which is just a few minutes’ walk away.
