Catamount Haven is a beautiful retreat for either a single traveler or a couple. This fully renovated one-bedroom, one-bathroom house is situated on a private drive in a small, quiet residential area just a stone's throw from Western Carolina University. The home is tucked in between Catamount Cottage (our quaint five-star studio rental) and the main house. Catamount Haven has its own private driveway and a large covered deck with mountain views perfect for dining al fresco or having your morning coffee.

This modern and upscale retreat is outfitted for a restful stay. The kitchen, complete with butcherblock countertops and a breakfast table, has all of the amenities you might need if your preference is staying in and cooking for yourself. You can sink into the queen-size bed and watch Netflix or relax in the living room with an electric fireplace and vaulted ceilings. The serene bathroom has a full-size step-in shower and is part of the bedroom suite.

If there is work to do, you can utilize the dedicated high-speed internet If your preference is going out, the towns of Sylva and Dillsboro are an easy 15-minute drive with award-winning restaurants to choose from!
