Our eco-friendly wooden house features 12 new apartments spread across 3 floors, each with a well-thought-out layout and furnishings;
One-bedroom apartments for 2 people; a third person or children aged 14 and older can also sleep on the large sleeper sofa.

The open-concept living and sleeping area, the bathroom, and the fully functional kitchen leave nothing to be desired—all featuring clean lines and natural materials.

A special highlight are our loft apartments on the 2nd floor with exposed rafters and a ceiling height of 4.2 meters. 


You won’t have to sacrifice comfort here! In addition to underground parking and an elevator, there’s both a beverage & snack vending machine and laundry facilities in our laundry room with a washer and dryer.
Plus, your accommodations are located right next to popular hiking and trail running routes, as well as the ski slope—ski in & out! Start right at your front door!
