We are John and Ariel Guinn, dedicated RV park managers committed to providing a welcoming, safe, and well-maintained environment for our guests. John is a United States Marine Corps veteran originally from Orlando, Florida, who enjoys the outdoors, including fishing, hunting, and spending time on the water. His background brings strong leadership, responsibility, and attention to detail to the daily operations of the park.
Ariel is originally from Wilson, North Carolina and enjoys reading, gardening, and supporting the organizational and guest-focused aspects of park management. Together, we share a love for cooking, spending time with family, and creating a friendly, community-oriented atmosphere. Our combined experience and passion help ensure every guest has a positive and enjoyable stay. We live on-site and are here to help make your visit memorable.
