During your stay, you'll have access to the members-only Sports Center, the perfect option for a wintery or rainy day (and just a 5 minute walk from the cabin). The Sports Center includes:

- Indoor heated swimming pool and large outdoor pool

- Golf Course (low greens fees)

- Large whirlpool

- Tennis court

- Racquetball court

- Multi-purpose court for volleyball and basketball

- Fully equipped exercise room with free-weights and many workout machines



Please note: because the Sports Center is for members only, we need to set aside guest passes for your use. We’re charged a per-day fee for each guest over 5 years old – but we’re happy to provide these for you free of charge! If you plan to use the Sports Center, just call or text us that morning and we’ll be sure they set aside passes for you and your group.



Parking

The property offers on-site parking for 4 vehicles, making it easy for families and groups to arrive and stay comfortably. Ample driveway space allows for convenient unloading and easy in-and-out access throughout your stay.



Pet Friendly

We love hosting families and well-behaved dogs! For allergy and maintenance reasons, we’re unfortunately unable to host cats.



Safety & Security

Exterior ring camera for guest and property security. No interior cameras are present.



Super Neighbor Policy

Due to County and HOA regulations, the following are additional rules that must be adhered to. Any violations will result in a $200 fine:

- Occupancy is 4 Adults, and up to two children

- Absolutely no events or large gatherings

- Parking is in the Driveway only (No Street Parking)

- There must be no loose trash in the yard (it can blow into neighbors yards or attract bears and other pests)

Cacapon Resort State Park (distance from house - 40 mins): A major outdoor recreation destination with hiking trails, a scenic lake, golf course, horseback riding, swimming, and one of the best overlook views in the region.
