We are renting out a cozy, non-smoking apartment on the upper floor of our single-family home, consisting of a living/bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a flat-screen TV, and a sitting area with a coffee table. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. Bed linens and towels are included in the rent. The kitchen features a dining area for two people, an oven with a stovetop, a refrigerator, and a dishwasher and washing machine. Internet access is free of charge. The garden features a cozy gazebo with a grill. On-site, you’ll also find a parking space as well as storage for bicycles. The nearby moorland is perfect for nature walks and bike rides. The vacation rental is located in Aurich, Walle. Aurich’s beautiful downtown area is perfect for shopping and relaxing. The city features an attractive pedestrian zone, a recreational pool, and many other leisure activities. The town of Moordorf, located 2 km away, offers numerous shopping options, banks, gas stations, and the interesting Moor Museum. The Tannenhausen recreational area is about 6 km away and is known for its beautiful swimming lake with a café and bar right on the beach, as well as other recreational activities such as wakeboarding. The North Sea coast is about 25 km away. There, you can take trips to the East Frisian Islands and go on mudflat hikes, among other activities.
