Guest access
The Premium Stay 50 apartment, with all the amenities described, occupies a total area of 50 m2.
Guests have the entire described space at their disposal for use in accordance with the house rules.

Additional rules
We ask our guests to treat the apartment with care, as if it were their own home.
Respect the house rules and the peace of the neighbors, especially between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. Parties, gatherings and loud music are not allowed.
Smoking inside the apartment is not allowed.
Please turn off the lights and the air conditioner and lock the apartment when you leave.
The number of guests must not exceed the number of registered persons. Visits by persons who are not registered guests are only possible with the prior approval of the host.
If there is any damage or malfunction, please let us know without delay.
