Welcome to this tastefully decorated, partially renovated 2-room apartment on the 2nd floor of the small apartment complex “Haus Grömitz.” It is located just a short walk from the promenade (200 m). It’s also not far to the nearest bakery or the shops on the popular Seestraße.

The spacious vacation apartment has a living area of m² and offers plenty of room for up to 3 people.
The living area is bright and inviting. The modern and comfortable couch converts into a bed (140x200). A flat-screen TV and a radio/stereo system provide entertainment. A stylish dining table offers plenty of seating. From the living area, you can step out onto the spacious balcony facing southeast.
The separate kitchen opens off the living room and is equipped with standard appliances such as an oven, ceramic cooktop, coffee maker, electric kettle, etc.
Off the hallway is the bedroom, which features a double bed (2 x 90 x 190) and a spacious closet.

In the brightly tiled bathroom with a modern corner shower, toilet, sink, and lighted mirror, you can start your day feeling relaxed. All rooms feature hardwood floors or tile.

During your stay, an underground parking space is available to you (garage door height: 2 m). Coin-operated washers and dryers are available for general use.
