Our newly built vacation home is located on a side street in Risum-Lindholm, just about 9 km from the North Sea.
You’ll find shopping and restaurants in the center of Risum-Lindholm (about 4 km) or in Dagebüll (10 km).

The approximately 130-square-meter vacation home captivates with its bright, spacious, and modern charm.

In the spacious, light-filled living area, you’ll find a cozy dining area perfect for social gatherings.
The open, superbly equipped kitchen features a kitchen island with a stove and built-in range hood, a dishwasher, a large refrigerator with a separate freezer compartment, an oven, a microwave, a filter coffee maker (filter size 4), a kettle, and a toaster.

In the separate living room, you can relax with a book in front of the cozy wood-burning stove or watch exciting movies on the large TV.
Also located on the first floor is one of the three bedrooms, furnished with a double bed (180x200), a closet, and a TV.
The utility room with a dryer and washing machine, the bathroom with a walk-in shower, and the separate restroom round out the layout.
A staircase leads to the other two bedrooms (180x200 and 2x90x200).

The large, modern shower room features a walk-in shower.

Garden furniture and a gas grill are available on the sheltered patio.

Special Features
Our smoke-free home is also suitable for guests with allergies. We’re happy to provide you with high-speed fiber-optic internet. Bicycles can be stored in a lockable shed. There are two parking spaces on the property in front of the house. A wallbox is available for guests arriving by electric car.

An initial set of bed linens and towels must be booked with this accommodation and is already included in the final price.
Additional linen packages can be booked as optional extras.
