The basement ADU is occupied by my cousin as a long‑term tenant; your space is the full main floor, and only the backyard is shared. The upstairs of the house is used for storage and stays locked to comply with Portland’s 2‑bedroom short‑term rental permit. The home is dog‑friendly for well‑behaved pups (pet fee applies); please let me know about your dog when booking and clean up in the yard. Noise is typical for a shared house situation, and everyone is expected to observe quiet hours in the evening.
