The living room features a plush couch, two armchairs, a decorative fireplace, and a smart TV, creating the perfect spot to relax after a day on the lake or exploring Branson. Just beyond, the dining area sits beside large sliding glass doors that fill the home with natural light and create a seamless connection to the outdoors. The well-appointed kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, beautiful stone countertops, and counter seating, making everything from quick breakfasts to family dinners easy and enjoyable.



Outside, the covered deck becomes your own private oasis in the Ozarks. Sip your morning coffee in the comfortable seating area, enjoy an al fresco meal at the outdoor dining table, or simply relax and take in the peaceful surroundings. • Washer and dryer in home.

• Lot parking for 2 vehicles available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

• Trailer parking is permitted in the overflow parking lot located by the indoor pool.

• Step-free access, Walk-in, two-level home.

• The Lazy River is NOW OPEN! Cool off and float your worries away—guests have full access to the community lazy river and seasonal outdoor pool!

• The outdoor communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Pools, Hot Tubs, or any other facilities in the resort are operated and maintained by the HOA. Neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that any are closed for any reason.

This enviable location also puts you within 15 minutes of downtown Branson where you are likely to stumble onto a live music festival, eclectic eateries, trendy boutiques, and local wineries among the more famed attractions of Branson like Silver Dollar City amusement park, Dolly Parton’s Stampede, Pirate Cove Adventure Golf, Bigfoot Fun Park, and the Titanic Museum.
