Welcome to Kowaliga Lookout! A wheelchair accessible, newly built 3 BR/2 BA cabin in The Village at Kowaliga Bay at Lake Martin! Enjoy a beautiful view of Lake Martin while you relax on the front porch or from the community pool that is a few feet away! There are also nearby hiking trails just off of Hwy 50 that are a great way to explore the area.

The expansive front porch of this home has a beautiful view of Lake Martin and plenty of seating for lounging. There Is a wood burning fireplace to enjoy cooler nights In the fall. There Is also a gas grill on the open deck just off the porch. Entering Into the home, you are welcomed with a beautifully decorated open living room with a well equipped eat-In kitchen and Island with quartz countertops. There Is an extra open space just off of the dining area with a daybed with a trundle.

There Is a king bedroom suite with a standing shower and double vanity, a twin bunkroom with 4 bunks, and a queen bedroom. The full size bathroom In the hallway has a tub/shower combo with a laundry room close by.

The Village at Kowaliga Bay is a community with onsite open boat storage, a boat launch, first come first serve boat slips, a clubhouse with a pool, and a fitness center. So bring your boat and your swim trunks for a memorable Lake Martin vacation at Kowaliga Lookout! We can't wait to host you!

**In the off-season (Oct-March) we can not guarantee the use of the boat ramp and common docks due to the lake levels being lowered.**

**PLEASE BE ADVISED THE WATER LEVEL WILL DROP 7 FT BEGINNING OF SEPTEMBER AND WILL BE COMPLETELY LOWERED BY NOVEMBER. IT WILL NOT BE AT FULL POOL TILL MAY. WHEN BOOKING DURING THESE MONTHS PLEASE CONTACT US TO ENSURE USE OF DOCK **

No pets or smoking allowed.
Must be 25 years and older to book.
Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am.
The total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed upon.
Please clean the grill after use.
All trash and perishables must be disposed of properly and dishes washed, beds stripped and a load of towels started in the washer before departure. Trash is located near the entrance of the neighborhood.
