The Ethan Suite by RiverBend Hospital

Welcome to the Ethan suite: a spacious, studio with everything you need to stay comfortable. This suite offers a private entrance, a dedicated parking spot, a full kitchen, stacked washer and dryer, AC, and all amenities needed for cooking and laundry. The vaulted ceilings and skylights provide ample sunlight and a modern feel.

There is one queen bed with privacy curtains and a daybed that turns into two twin beds. The trundle bed is ideal for children, as it is movable and low to the ground.

This studio is attached to a house but has no access from the house. It has its own entrance and is more like an apartment. One wall is shared with a garage, and the other is shared with a storage room. There is no structure above your ceiling and the space is very quiet. It is also more spacious than a standard hotel room.

The doors are at ground level, but there is one step in front of the doors.

This is a quiet space on a street with a cul-de-sac and very low car traffic. Parking is behind a gated fence with 120v outlet for EV charging. A peaceful and safe 10-minute walk to RiverBend Hospital, on a tree-lined sidewalk from your home to the crosswalk.

A key code is used to open the door. Your key code will activate prior to arrival and then deactivate automatically at noon on your checkout day.

Interaction will be minimal and as-needed. You can stay and never interact with anyone if you wish.
