Welcome to our Private quiet cozy Queen guest suite (sleeps 2 comfortably) with private bathroom located in a quiet safe neighborhood in Tracy, California. Whether you’re traveling for work, visiting family, or simply passing through, we strive to provide a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
Your private upstairs guest room features a comfortable queen-size bed with fresh linens and plush pillows, a spacious walk-in closet, desk and chair, seating area, Smart TV with streaming services, high-speed Wi-Fi, mini refrigerator, coffee station, laundry basket, tower fan and ceiling fan for added comfort. You’ll also enjoy your own private bathroom with both a shower and bathtub, stocked with essential amenities.
Laundry facilities are available for stays of 7 nights or longer, with a maximum of two loads per week.
Our home is conveniently located just down the street from a beautiful community park featuring walking paths, playgrounds, basketball courts, a skating rink, and open green spaces perfect for relaxing or exercising. We’re also located around the corner from a gas station, approximately 2 miles from Interstate 580, 4 miles from West Valley Mall, and just minutes from downtown Tracy, where you’ll find a variety of restaurants, shopping, and nightlife.
*Please note- reservations include your private upstairs suite and private bathroom. The rest of the home is private and reserved for the homeowner.

Perfectly situated for day trips and weekend adventures, our location is approximately 2½ to 3 hours from Yosemite National Park, about 3 hours from Lake Tahoe and Reno, and only 45 minutes to 1 hour from San Francisco, making it easy to experience some of California’s most iconic destinations.
Just a one-minute walk from the home, you’ll find Bill Schwartz Park, featuring walking paths, playgrounds, basketball courts, a skate park, and beautiful open green spaces. A Chevron gas station and convenience store is also located just one minute away for snacks, drinks, fuel, and other essentials.
Our location is ideal for both business and leisure travelers, with convenient access to Interstate 205 and Interstate 580, making travel throughout Northern California and the Bay Area easy.

Guests enjoy a private, cozy suite with a comfortable bedroom, private bathroom, Smart TV with streaming services, complimentary Wi-Fi, central heating and air conditioning, a ceiling fan, and an additional tower fan for personalized comfort.
The private coffee and refreshment station includes complimentary coffee pods, creamer, sugar, coffee mugs, cups, plates, and utensils. Guests also have access to a mini refrigerator and microwave for light meals and snacks.
Laundry facilities are available, and free street parking is conveniently located directly in front of the home. We strive to provide a warm, welcoming, and relaxing environment where guests can feel at home while enjoying easy access to all that Tracy and the surrounding areas have to offer.
We also have two friendly house cats who mostly stay in our private living area and rarely interact with guests.
