For whiskey enthusiasts, the estate is a quick 15-minute drive from world-renowned distilleries, including Jack Daniels, George Dickel, and Uncle Nearest. Free meet and greet with our resident alpacas and llamas with stay. Make this your home away from home!

The space
The detached 1 bedroom apartment has a king sized bed, full size pull out couch, and a twin sized roll away bed, if needed.

The kitchenette includes a microwave, hot plate, air fryer, refrigerator and freezer, and toaster.

During your stay, please enjoy the entire 21 acres of rolling hills, a walk down to the year-round stream, and interacting with the alpacas and llamas. Free scheduled meet and greet for our guests with stay!

Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire 1 bedroom apartment above our detached garage, and full access to anywhere on the property excluding the main home, garage, and workshop areas. The locked closets within the apartment are owner access only and used to store supplies.

Gated entrance to property. Outdoor parking for 2 vehicles. Keypad access on door of apartment.

Other things to note:
- Please no smoking in the apartment.
- Animals are not allowed due to the livestock on premises.
- 3 guest MAXIMUM
- We do not allow unregistered guests on the property without prior approval.

Violation/cleaning fee of $300 will be charged for violation of these rules.

Quiet hours 10pm - 8am.

Before check-in, and after acceptance of the reservation, we do require a copy of your state I.D. for security purposes. We appreciate your cooperation.
