Opening Summer 2026: We're excited to welcome our first guests! The home is currently being refreshed with fresh paint, new furnishings, updated lighting, and thoughtfully selected décor. The current photos accurately represent the layout and mountain views, while the finished space will offer an even more comfortable and inviting experience.

The Space:

First Floor
The open-concept living area is ideal for relaxing after a day of adventure, featuring comfortable seating, a Smart TV, a cozy wood-burning fireplace, and large windows that frame beautiful mountain views. There is a single step down from the dining area into the living room, which includes a sleeper sofa that converts to a queen bed for additional guests. The fully equipped kitchen has everything needed to prepare meals, while the dining table comfortably seats six. A full bathroom with a walk-in shower (no bathtub), along with a full-size washer and dryer, is also located on the main level.

Second Floor
Upstairs you'll find two comfortable queen bedrooms with quality linens, generous closet space, and peaceful mountain views. One bedroom features an attached en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower (no bathtub), while the second bedroom has access to a full bathroom with a walk-in shower (no bathtub) located just off the hallway. Whether you're returning from the ski slopes or a day in the national parks, you'll have a quiet place to unwind and recharge.

Outdoor Living
Step onto the private deck to enjoy your morning coffee, grill dinner on the gas barbecue, or simply relax while taking in the mountain scenery and fresh alpine air.

Garage & Gear Storage
The attached one-car garage and mudroom provide convenient space for parking and storing skis, snowboards, hiking boots, bikes, and other outdoor gear. Additional parking is available directly in front of the garage and in nearby guest parking areas.
