Welcome to our spacious terrace apartment in the heart of the Passeier Valley. Built in 2023, this 75 m² apartment offers modern comfort and a stylish setting for a relaxing stay in South Tyrol. The entrance hall leads to two separate sleeping areas, each with its own bedroom with a king-size bed and a comfortable bathroom. With two bedrooms and two bathrooms in total, this layout offers plenty of privacy even when travelling together.



At the heart of the apartment is the bright, open-plan living and dining area. A large sofa bed provides extra sleeping space, making the apartment ideal for four to six guests. The living area opens directly onto the spacious sun terrace, where you can enjoy a leisurely breakfast, soak up the South Tyrolean sunshine or unwind after an eventful day. A second terrace, accessible directly from the second bedroom, provides a private outdoor retreat.



Set right in the hiking area in the heart of the Passeier Valley, the apartment is an ideal base for hikes, excursions and exploring nature. The spa town of Merano is just 9 km away and easy to reach. Free underground parking and free carport spaces are available right at the property. The underground garage also has two electric car charging stations. Bicycles can be stored securely in the dedicated e-bike room. Pets are welcome on request.
