Make yourself at home in our cozy apartment in the former coal trading building at the decommissioned train station in our small town, suitable for up to 5 people. An open, modern 3-room apartment with a large kitchen-living room and two bedrooms with a terrace is at your disposal. The entire building underwent energy-efficient renovation in 2021 and was equipped with state-of-the-art heating and cooling technology. In the summer, the large glass-fronted fireplace can be opened, or the apartment can be passively cooled via the ceiling if needed. Thanks to the radiant floor heating, the apartment is also well-suited for people with allergies.
A free parking space reserved for you is available on-site in front of the building. With approximately 78 square meters of living space, you’ll enjoy a quiet location on the first floor, yet close to the city center. Access from the parking lot to the apartment is via an outdoor staircase. You’re welcome to bring a dog for a fee (see additional costs)
Public transportation is available about 300 meters away.

A Hauk travel crib, including a mattress, pillow, and blanket, a changing table, and a high chair for the little ones are provided.

Bedroom 1 features a very comfortable double bed where up to two people can sleep comfortably. There are plenty of cozy blankets and pillows provided for you.

All beds are freshly made; you do not need to bring your own bedding.
-Bedroom 1 for 2 people: Double bed 180 x 210
-Bedroom 2 for 3 people: bunk bed 90 x 185 cm, with a pull-out bed as an extra bed; unfortunately, the top bunk is not suitable for adults.

In the new, modern bathroom, you’ll find a large walk-in shower with a low threshold and a bathtub, as well as plenty of fresh towels.
