The space is best suited for one or two guests who want a compact, atmospheric base in the city center. It includes a comfortable sleeping area, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, kitchen essentials, a washing machine, and a private bathroom. Please note that the bathroom ceiling height is about 185 cm, which may be important for taller guests.



Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the entire apartment. The building entrance and common passage are shared with neighbors. Self check-in is available from 15:00, and detailed arrival instructions are sent before check-in.

The apartment is on Molla Vali Vidadi Street in central Baku, close to Nizami Street, Fountain Square, Sahil Garden, cafes, restaurants, shops, and the Old City. This is one of the most walkable areas of Baku and works well for guests who want to explore the city center on foot.



Getting Around:

Most central attractions can be reached on foot. Ride-hailing apps such as Bolt are widely available, and nearby metro stations connect to other parts of Baku. Street parking in the center can be limited, so taxi or walking is usually easiest. Baku Airport is usually around 25–35 minutes away by taxi, depending on traffic. Ride apps such as Bolt and local taxi apps are widely used in Baku.

This is a historic-style garden-level apartment in an older central building. The bathroom ceiling is about 185 cm. Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00. Smoking, pets, parties, and events are not allowed. Please keep noise low during quiet hours and respect the shared building areas.
