Cozy up under layered comforters, brew from a fully stocked coffee bar, fire up the 65" TV, or break out the board games, mini golf, and a mini hoop. Cook in a chef-grade kitchen. Walk to Toyota Music Factory, Lake Carolyn, and Alamo Drafthouse. DFW Airport is 10 minutes by train. Bring a toothbrush — we've stocked just about everything else.

THE SPACE

This is the Las Colinas stay I always wished existed when I traveled. A designer one-bedroom, one-bath at the Promenade — fully upgraded with marble, layered with candlelight, and stocked so well that most guests text me on day two saying, "I didn't have to buy a single thing."



DESIGN + AMBIENCE

The whole place leans warm and intentional. Marble counters, soft lighting, and mirrors placed throughout so the space always feels bright and open. Candles for every stay— light as many, we won’t mind.



SLEEP

A real bed for real travelers. The bedroom is layered with several comforters and blankets so you can build the exact nest you want (extra blankets in the closet, top shelf). There's a second TV in the bedroom for those nights you want to fall asleep mid-episode.



BATHROOM

A vanity mirror, a generous stack of fresh bath towels, plenty of hand towels, and all the little things you forget to pack. It feels less like a rental bathroom and more like a hotel suite that actually thought about you.



KITCHEN — a small love letter

If you cook, you'll feel at home here. Full set of pots and pans, sharp knives, cutting boards, whisk, tongs, peelers, kitchen shears, can opener, measuring cups, mixing bowls, and dishware for four. The coffee station is the part guests photograph the most: a real coffee bar with multiple creamers, sugars, sweeteners, filters, and mugs. Mornings start easy here.



LIVING ROOM

A 65-inch smart TV anchors the living room — sign into your own Netflix, Hulu, Prime, Disney+, and YouTube. Beside it, a tall stash of board games (we keep rotating the lineup), a mini golf putting setup, open balcony with chairs, and a mini basketball hoop. Rainy night? Now it's game night.

Laundry detergent and dryer sheets always restocked. Full first-aid kit under the sink. In-unit washer and dryer. Fast Wi-Fi tuned for remote work. Iron, hairdryer, full-length mirror — yes, mirrors everywhere, that one was intentional.

• Las Colinas Urban Center and the Mustangs of Las Colinas — one stop



Walk out the door to Toyota Music Factory, Alamo Drafthouse, Water Street's waterfront restaurants, Lake Carolyn (paddleboards, gondola rides), and the Campion Trail for runs and rides. Major employers in walking or short-drive range: ExxonMobil, Pioneer, McKesson, NEC, Microsoft, and Verizon at Hidden Ridge.

Las Colinas is the easy answer to "where do I stay near Dallas?" — quieter than downtown, faster to DFW, and more walkable than most of the metroplex.



Getting Around:

From the building you can walk to the DART Orange Line (Irving Convention Center Station), Toyota Music Factory, Alamo Drafthouse, Water Street, Lake Carolyn, and the Campion Trail. Grocery, coffee, and gym options are all within a few minutes by car or rail.
