Behind the entrance is an open hallway that leads straight into the spacious living room with a sofa, smart TV, and adjoining kitchen. The high-quality built-in kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, induction cooktop, coffee maker, electric kettle, refrigerator, toaster, and much more, and features a natural stone countertop. There’s a folding table between the kitchen and the living room. You can eat, work, or read here at three different height levels. When you don’t need the table, simply fold it up against the wall.
The apartment was finished with high-quality lime plaster, and the walls were painted with 100 percent natural mother-of-pearl paint... The small shower room and the bedroom are located to the left of the entrance. The bedroom features a built-in closet under the sloped ceiling and a 160x200 cm RIVA solid wood bed. Oak parquet flooring has been installed in the bedroom.
