Two holiday houses are located on a fenced property with a swimming pool, garden, barbecue area, and children’s playground, offering guests a unique atmosphere for a peaceful holiday and relaxation. This cozy estate is situated in Prolozac, a small village near Imotski.

The location, rich in natural beauty, historical sites, unexplored and romantic places, is an ideal destination for lovers of geotourism, ecotourism, cultural, gastronomic and adventure tourism.

The newly built 50 m² house is designed for 2 people and features a new kitchen, living area, and a guest toilet with a washing machine and dryer (on the ground floor). A new wooden staircase lead to the first floor, which includes a newly furnished double bedroom, a bathroom, and a balcony with glass panels.

The other house accommodates up to 7 people and offers a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room, two double bedrooms, one triple bedroom, one bathroom, and two guest toilets. On the ground floor of this house, there is an additional room with another kitchen and dining area. The house provides free Wi-Fi, free parking, towels, and bed linen—everything you need for an comfortable holiday. An entertainment area with table tennis, and darts is available for fun with family and friends.

In the garden, there is a 32 m² private pool and a cozy barbecue zone. Next to the pool, you will find comfortable sun loungers and an outdoor seating area for pleasant gatherings and relaxation. The property is surrounded by fruit trees and vineyards, inviting you to spend hours enjoying the peacefull surroundings.
